| Requirements: | Abet / equivalent qualification, minimum of 2 years experience in grounds maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work in a team. |
| Duties: | Maintaining, watering and cleaning of gardens, driveways, parking areas and court yards. Mowing of lawns, garden and municipal waste management on premises. Control and maintenance of garden and machinery. Cleaning of vehicles. Performing of other job-related duties and those that may be assigned by the manager from time to time. |
