Key Performance Areas:	Ensuring that all raw milk gets off loaded into the raw milk silos and that it meets production and quality requirements, while adhering to the company’s procedures, rules and regulations, health, safety and hygiene. Ttransferring the raw cream into a tanker and also raw milk from one tanker to another.
Minimum Requirements:	Grade 12 or equivalent Computer literacy Good communication and interpersonal skills
Recommended:	Knowledge of raw milk and cream Ability to identify non-conformances
